1 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you" or "your") and adamtoto ("adamtoto", "we", "us" or "our") in respect of your access to and use of the adamtoto platform, including all associated services, games, promotions and content made available through the website located at https://adamtoto.cam and any related mobile interface.

By registering an account, making a deposit or participating in any activity offered through adamtoto, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

2 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" means the registered user profile created by a User through the adamtoto registration process.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds and eligible bonus funds held in a User's Account at any given time.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free bet, cashback, reload offer or other incentive credited to an Account subject to specific conditions.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer, being the identity and payment verification process required by adamtoto.
• "Platform" means the adamtoto website, all associated pages, services, games and tools available at https://adamtoto.cam.
• "Prohibited User" means any person who does not meet the eligibility criteria set out in Section 3 of these Terms.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total amount a User must wager before a Bonus or Bonus-derived winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "MYR" or "RM" means Malaysian Ringgit, the primary transaction currency of the Platform.

3 Account Eligibility

To be eligible to register and maintain an Account with adamtoto, you must satisfy each of the following criteria at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age. adamtoto operates a strict 21+ age policy and will verify age as part of the KYC process.
• You are acting as a natural person on your own behalf and not as a representative or agent of any other party.
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You are not a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• You understand and accept that Malaysian users are solely responsible for determining the lawfulness of online gambling participation under Malaysian law.
• You are not a current or former employee, contractor, director or immediate family member of adamtoto or any affiliated service provider.

4 Account Registration

Each User may register only one Account. Registration requires the provision of accurate, complete and current personal information, including a valid name, date of birth, email address and, where applicable, residential address.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your Account. adamtoto must be notified immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.

• Account sharing, transfer or sale is strictly prohibited.
• Providing false registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• adamtoto reserves the right to request documentary verification of any registration detail at any time.
• Users in Kuala Lumpur, Penang, Johor Bahru, Petaling Jaya, Shah Alam and other Malaysian cities are subject to the same eligibility and verification requirements as all other users.

5 Deposits and Payments

adamtoto accepts deposits via Malaysian-compatible payment methods including, but not limited to, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank online banking, Hong Leong Connect, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX and selected cryptocurrency channels (including USDT TRC20). Method availability may change without prior notice.

• Deposits must originate from a payment account or instrument held in your own name. Third-party deposits are prohibited.
• Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per method and may be amended at adamtoto's discretion.
• Processing times are indicative only. E-wallets and DuitNow typically credit within minutes; FPX bank transfers may take 5–15 minutes; cryptocurrency deposits require network confirmations and may take 15–30 minutes or longer.
• adamtoto does not charge deposit fees; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own charges.
• Funds deposited must not originate from illegal, fraudulent or disputed sources.

6 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to Account verification, applicable wagering requirements, and adamtoto's internal review procedures. adamtoto reserves the right to conduct additional identity and payment checks before processing any withdrawal.

• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the associated deposit where technically possible.
• A completed KYC process is required before the first withdrawal can be approved.
• adamtoto aims to process approved withdrawal requests within a reasonable timeframe; however, bank processing periods, public holidays and verification requirements may extend actual receipt times.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply per method. Details are provided within the Account payment section.
• adamtoto reserves the right to decline or delay a withdrawal pending investigation into suspected fraudulent, bonus-abusive or irregular activity.

7 Bonuses and Promotions

From time to time, adamtoto may offer promotional bonuses, welcome offers, reload bonuses, cashback schemes or loyalty rewards. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms in addition to these general Terms.

• Wagering requirements must be satisfied in full before Bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn.
• Only games explicitly listed as eligible under a promotion's terms contribute to wagering requirements. Live casino, certain table games or high-RTP games may be excluded or carry a reduced contribution rate.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no monetary value outside the Platform.
• Any evidence of bonus abuse, including matched betting, arbitrage, the use of automated software, or collusion, will result in the cancellation of the bonus, associated winnings and potentially the Account.
• adamtoto reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any promotion at any time.

8 Acceptable Use

Users must use the adamtoto Platform in good faith and in compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws. The following conduct is strictly prohibited:

• Using automated bots, scripts or software to interact with the Platform or its games.
• Colluding with other users to exploit game mechanics or promotional offers.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, chargeback abuse or any other unlawful financial activity through the Platform.
• Circumventing security measures, including attempting to access another user's Account.
• Publishing, reproducing or distributing Platform content without prior written consent from adamtoto.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the adamtoto Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game software, button designs, imagery and code, is the property of adamtoto or its licensed suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. No rights in Platform content are transferred to you by virtue of your Account registration or use of the service.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, adamtoto's aggregate liability to any User in connection with these Terms and the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that User during the twelve months preceding the relevant claim.

• adamtoto is not liable for losses arising from internet outages, device failures, third-party payment provider errors or events outside its reasonable control.
• adamtoto does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or compatible with all devices and browsers.
• Gambling involves risk. All losses resulting from lawful gameplay are the User's responsibility. adamtoto does not accept liability for gambling losses.

11 Suspension and Termination

adamtoto reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including in circumstances where:

• A User has breached any provision of these Terms.
• KYC verification has not been completed within a reasonable time following a request.
• Suspicious, fraudulent or potentially illegal activity is detected.
• A User has requested self-exclusion or an operator-initiated responsible gambling restriction applies.
• Regulatory, legal or compliance obligations require it.

Upon closure, any verified real-money Balance (net of bonus amounts and pending wagering obligations) will be returned to the User subject to the withdrawal conditions set out in Section 6.

12 Responsible Gambling

adamtoto is committed to promoting responsible gambling habits among its users. The Platform is intended for entertainment purposes only and must not be used as a source of income or financial relief.

• Users are strongly encouraged to set deposit, loss and session limits before commencing play.
• Self-exclusion tools are available for users who feel their gambling is no longer within their control.
• Users aged under 21 must not access the Platform under any circumstances.

13 Amendments

adamtoto reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Users via the email address associated with the Account or through a prominent notice on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Users who do not accept an amendment may close their Account in accordance with Section 11 and request a withdrawal of any eligible real-money Balance.
